External server and transfer created to download files but files are not visible in virtual alias, even though they exist on external server.

Hello All,

I am new to MFTCC.

I added external server and created transfer for it to download files. No issue seen in doing both.

Now when client is placing files on their server, they are not visible in virtual alias created.

What could be possible reason for this Did i miss anything

Kindly suggest.
