getting a class not found errors when starting R3 adaptor in Designer 5.14/ R3 7.2.1 +HF2

when attempting to start the Adaptor tester I get the following error

Processing /tibco/private/adapter/R3Configuration/R3AdapterConfiguration/SAPAdapter ...

WRAPPER - start method threw an exception

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/tibco/tibjms/TibjmsTopicConnectionFactory

at com.tibco.sdk.jms.JmsFactory.createConnFactory(MJmsSession.java:534)

Is there a fix for this
