Add xmlns URL to an XML message using an XSD

I want to configure an XSD in a way that Scribe creates an XML file including thexmlns URL (marked in bold below).

TheXML file has to be created by Scribe via an XML connector:

When this XML file is converted to an XSD, and XSD is stored on scribe server (as configured in the Scribe XML connector), the xmlns is not added by Scribe to the XML file.
