Does Mashery Local (TML) provides load balancing and failover (to Origin)

On the My Endpoint for Mashery Local (see image in below ling)if I provide mutiple ip addresses in the field "Domain(s)/IP Address(es)", will the call be load balanced If so, is it comma delimited or other delimeter Also, how will failover be handled If a machine corresponds to one of the ip addressesdies, will the traffic be routed to the other ip address and not sent to the dead machine
