How can I make stacked bar chart

Hello.

 

I want to make a stacked bar chart (not a chart with indivisual column for each category)

But I can only make a chart comprises indivisual column for each items.

I want to know how I can merge and stack the column so that the items having same category to be stacked in one column.

The plot whatI want to draw is like the bottom image below.

I also attached data file.
