Integrate Crm 2015 and Sharepoint using Scribe

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I am new to this and got the requirement to insert/update data from Sharepoint into CRM 2015 on prem. As per my research, i see that connecting with sharepoint we have web service adapter and no dedicated adapter or connector. Please share some information so that i can move ahead.

Thanks.

Connectors are the secret sauce you're looking for; they're essentially system integrations. The Power Automate (Flow) and PowerApps ecosystems include hundreds of connectors. Although many are free, there are certain Premium connections that require additional licence to utilise.

So, in your example, you would construct a new Flow or PowerApp from a SharePoint list or library, utilise the Twitter connector in your Flow or app to obtain the tweets you want, and then create a case in your CRM system based on the content of the tweet for a customer care agent to follow up on.
