Error while installing EMS LIBS using BWINSTALL

I'm trying to install the ems libs using "bwinstall ems-driver", but it asks me to provide thelibs folder, which is "$EMS_HOME/components/shared/1.0.0/plugins".

But I can't find the components folder in my EMS HOME directory. There is only the folder$EMS_HOME/libs. When I provide the "libs" folder, I get "BUILD FAILED" with the following error :

Apparently it can't find tibjms.jar in C:/. Which is normal because It's not there. But why does bwinstall looks for that file in the wrong location
