Dynamics 365 online connector

Hi,

Working with a customer who had an existing connector to Dynamics 365 online Sales instance. This has broken since June after a Microsoft change.

1. Which connector should I use I note there is a Common Data Service connector AND a Dynamics 365 connector - which one is advised

2. With either of the above I am unable to connect with the current credentials - what is the correct authentication type to use - can I use just a simple user credential or do I need something else - not sure the online documentation helps here

Appreciate a speedy answer as I need to get the client back online again.

Although I am not so sure of the connectors you built in, I think that you can definitely use SharePoint locations to access important documents and data. In addition for the local cloud solution, the process of accessing the linked documents can vary.

Sorry, I don't think you've understood my question at all. Appreciate the time you took in responding but this is nothing to do with Sharepoint.

Hi Peter,

Are you trying to use this Connector in context of the Scribe or BusinessWorks capability

Could you please share a screenshot of the connection details window wherein the credentials/authentication type that you enter, is not working
