Bonferroni post hoc details

Dear forum users, i have a problem with the post hoc tests in STATISTICA 12

I made a2x2repeated measures ANOVA and the bonferroni corrected post-hoc ( 2 of the comparison results were significant).

1) I replicated the ANOVA results butthe post hoc with thebonferroni corrected t-testresulteddifferent (only 1 comparison was significant). Statisticaprobable use an algorithm to make the multiple comparison correction. Could someone explain me how is calculate

2) is possible to obtain not only the p-value of post hoc but also the T value or effect size
