Hi,

I am facing an issue when trying to deploy secured soap web service, issue is raised when the engine is started " at com.tibco.pe.util.ReminderQueue.run(Unknown Source)caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: Directory not found:/path/to/jks/fileName.jks, the file exists in the file system.

the path is configured in the GV BW_GLOBAL_TRUSTED_CA_STORE like 'file:////path/to/jks/fileName.jks'.

is there something I missed in the configuration

The error message says "Directory not found" I believe this error occurs because you did not enter a directory path, but a file path. You can try change the value of GV BW_GLOBAL_TRUSTED_CA_STORE to file:////path/to/jks/.
