scheduled updates-reload data doesn't work

Hi,

I followed the instructions and I still don't success to create automatic job to reload the data automaticaly (from MySql Db).

Is there simple video that explain exactly how to do that

I created a job in my SF server underScheduling & Routing, it's writen that it completed but nothing changed and the data isn't refreshed.
