TDV REST - how to create a tabular view from text/csv response (application/json not an option)

Hello, I'm trying to pull data into Spotfire using TDV. I created aREST data source., but one of the operations I need, only returns csv.

How do I make it consumablein a tabular format

Worth noting; the operation URL takes parameters
