populate blank test org with apps/flows from another org

We just got a new blank test org to help with a multi-step deployment. How do we populate it with the needed apps and flows from our Prod and original test And of course, we will need to do it again when we deploy the new apps/flows to Prod.

I see the Create/Import button on the Apps page, but none of the options look like they are for importing apps.

Hi,

 

You would have to export the flows in your original apps first.

Then you would need to create a new app in the destination org and import the exported flows
