When I began to work with scribe online I've successfully installed scribe agent on my pc and launched my own dummy conenctor on it. It worked fine.Resently I had to restore my OS because of video driver.When I restored from one of the restore points and logged in scribe online I saw that my agent has a "Heartbeat Failed" status. I went to windows services and tried to start scribe service manually. It didn't start and fall with the followingerror in windows event log "A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Scribe Online Agent service to connect". Leon Bernard 2 Posted April 10, 2019 Share Posted April 10, 2019 If you have a lot of solutions running on this agent I would open a support case in the customersupportportal or call in to tibco support ( information below), as they will need more information to diagnose.
