chaithra - Posted January 5, 2022 Share Posted January 5, 2022 We have application which has idoc listener as starter activity with SAP SNC connection configured. Connection is established successfully with SAP system but very frequently we stop receiving idocs(once a week or sometimes happens once in few weeks), even though application is in running state connectivity fails and SAP team sees Program Id not registered error but there is no error in appnode logs. Once we restart tibco idoc listener application it starts working fine again. Could you please help us troubleshoot why the connectivity gets lost very frequently. As we do not see any errors in appnode logs we are unable to find the root cause. If we place the idoc file directly on the listener queue it works fine but idoc triggered from SAP does not reach TIBCO when there is this connectivity issue.
