User can not open work item

User unable to open case/work item from the iprocess queue even they have the queue access. We have provided required queue access for the user but user got below error while try to open the case/work item from the iProcess queue,


Fault Code: E00003 Fault Param: The method [classname.lockWorkItem] raised exception [java.lang.Exception]. java.lang.Exception: Java SSO vException thrown: [swParameterException:swItemErrErr] One of the items in the array returned an error.

[swSEOServerException:swSAL_QDisabledErr] User no longer has access to queue. (node_name|proc_name|queue_name|R|102599265|15979724|node_name|SDL00100|0|57)
