TDV Server Restarting Issue

While publishing any views we were getting below error

"base/16450/16481": No Space left on device".

 

On restarting server getting below issue.Could you please let us know how to fix this issue. Steps to restart server by clearing cache tables.

 

 

TIBCO Data Virtualization Repository Cache failed to stop.

[tdvuser@scdvltdv01 bin]$ ./composite.sh repo start

Starting TIBCO Data Virtualization Repository

TIBCO Data Virtualization Repository is not operational.

[tdvuser@scdvltdv01 bin]$ ./composite.sh repo start

Hello Mahad,

The post is a month old and you may have already addressed the issue. However, responding here if this may help others in the future.

 

The below entry from your post suggests the TDV Server Repository processcould not get the space it requested from the Operating System while starting up.

./composite.sh: line 92: echo: write error: No space left on device

Kindly check with the system administrator to clean up some space or add more to the machine to resolve this issue.

If the OS has enough memory but you still see the error, check with the system admin for the TDV Users profile on any limitation set on the hard disk quota and request to increase it appropriately.
