We can see in the ScribeInsight AlertLog: Error connecting to Message Processor - Advise failed - An unknown error occurred I had a look into the eventlog of the server and can only find: An Alert has been added to the alert log: System Critical Error Error connecting to Message Processor - Advise failed - An unknown error occurred A lot of messages got stock in the scribein queue and some went to the deadmessage queue. After restarting all ScribeInsight Services the processing startet again.
