Scribe Insight . Scribe Message Server - Error connecting to Message Processor - Advise failed - An unknown error occurred

Good morning everybody,

on the customers scribe server the processing stopped on Sunday. We can see in the ScribeInsight AlertLog:

Error connecting to Message Processor - Advise failed - An unknown error occurred

I had a look into the eventlog of the server and can only find:

An Alert has been added to the alert log:

System Critical Error

Error connecting to Message Processor - Advise failed - An unknown error occurred

A lot of messages got stock in the scribein queue and some went to the deadmessage queue. After restarting all ScribeInsight Services the processing startet again.

Does someone know how we can investigate what went wrong Maybe another LogFile
