Data team collect customer insights, online popularity from internet per business team requirements. these information need be updated in MDM. Users will rely on external data match function to find out whether customerexists in MDM or not as per the existing match rule. If customeris there, external data match returns the MDM ID.

do we have any fuctionality in TIBCO EBX for above use case

Yes, external invokation of matching as well as search before create are supported.

 

EBX supports various out-of-the-box REST APIs as well as allows you to create a custom REST toolkit service in which you can extend the JAVA API to perform the tasks you desire.
