How to create a Hawk rule to monitor the asg process on the API exchange and restart if it crushes

I have a problem with the API exchange process that keeps crushing unexpectedly. The process runs on AIX IBM. I would like a rule to monitor the processes and restart it when it crushes as well as send an alert. The reason for the crush is still unknown with the dumps being monitored by IBM. Please advise on how i can create such a rule.

Hello There,

You can install hawk on that AIX machine, then useProcess:getInstanceCount(process_name) to monitor the process. If Process Count queues 0, then send you alerts, and restart it usingCustom:execute()
