How do I do a Head to Head comparison

I'd like to compare by knowing which Yield Estimate is greater from two groups of materials.

IF I seletc one or more germoplasm on the first group, then I select the other germoplasm for the second group..., I 'd like to be able to calculate the YIELD ESTIMATE difference for each one of the Gesmoplasm to the other ones for of the group.

Any Ideas are welcome on how to do it.
