We are using LDAP authenication and I assign a activer directory group for this person. I went into the Security Center and see the user and I added a folder Name and assigned my new group to it and I see the user under that group. When the user accesses BI the screen is blank and he doesn't see the folder which I want him to. Anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong or point me in the right direction.
