I would like to know if it is possible to update the java version from 1.8.0 update 102 to the latest java version (1.8.0 update 331) on a solaris 11.11 server whose base tibco products are TIBCO Runtime Agent version 5.7.4, TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks version 5.10, TIBCO Adapter SDK version 5.8, TIBCO Enterprise Message Service version 7.0.0, TIBCO ActiveMatrix Business Works SmartMapper version 5.5, BusinessEvents version 5.2, TIBCO iProcess Engine version 11.3.1, TIBCO iProcess Tech Plug-In version 11.4.1 and TIBCO Common Logging and Exception Handling version CLE2012. Emmanuel Marchiset 2 Posted April 25, 2022 Share Posted April 25, 2022 Hello, That should be possible because in the past it was supported to upgrade the JRE of a BusinessWorks 5.X installation meanwhile you need to take into consideration the following : . The gap between the two JRE versions is important and there is a significant number of changes around security that might break some of your BusinessWorks applications (for example old certificates might not work anymore, or SSL v3 might need to be explicitely enabled, this kind of things) .
