PhoneCall Acitivity entity: How to set the To and From fields for D365 phonecall entity

Hi! I create Lead entity record in D365 CRM through Create step in Scribe online

Then I create phonecall entity record in D365 CRM in the next step and I can set the regardingobjectid to the Lead record created in above step which is working fine.

But when I set the To field I get null/emtpy in this field on the new phonecall record. My question is how to set value of To/From field
