Hi Expert,

I'm new to Scribe Insight. We have an existing dts that is currently updating records in dynamics CRM with a status of inactive or deactivated record.

How can I prevent the scribe insight to not update the inactive or deactivated record

I research that I should be using seek but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly since it still updating the inactive record.
