Getting BW-JDBC-100000 process initialization failed, caused by:'Failed to find or create the JDBC driver:COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver"

I am getting the above error when I try to test my process. If I go and test the connection I get JDBC connection test successful. Also I have another project that uses the same configuration and I don't get any error when I start that one eventhough the drivers are referencing the same location. I have exited out of Tibco Designer and restarted with no luck.

I am using Tibco ActiveMatrix BW 5.11
