Flogo oracle database connector errors - app won't start

I am developing an app in Flogo that connects to oracle database. I have installed the tibco flogo oracle databae connector v1.0.1 with the oracle client suppliment on Windows OS.

The issue is while am trying to test the app am getting errors (logs as attached).

After checking some documents online I also decided to build the app using the windows builder tools, but in this case the app won't launch.

I have been facing this challenge for a while now and I need help.
