Can we add time picker along with date picker

Requiment : Data on demand using Documenet property for timestamp (data type) for start and End date. Expectation is to have date and time picker with reset button to show current date and time. Also when report is open, start and end date should show the current/system date

Achived : I am able to create document property and load the date using date picker and entering time manuall. I have achieved this using JS scripts.

Ask: I need help to create time stamp picker. Please suggest me a soultion through which we can achive this.
