Getting error while receiving the IDOC from SAP Error Message: check TID fault: String index out of range

Hi All,

Does anyone faced the below issue while receiving the data from SAP, we are getting the below error.

2017 Jun 13 19:20:00:028 GMT +0200 prjXXXXXXXXX-R3AdapterConfiguration_SAP_Inst1 Warn [Adapter] AER3-970276 Server Exception:

Gateway Host: sapxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Gateway Service: sapxxxxx

Program ID: tibco_b2b_test

Error Message: check TID fault: String index out of range: 61

The above issue is caused when the tid file that you are using gets corrupted.

 

So in order to avoid such issue, can you please take the back up of your tid file first and then clear the tid file or create the new one. The Apporpiate steps above will flush any of the transactions which is pending in SAP firstly, then delete or move the existing tidfile.
