I am attempting to setup and use a ODBC (32-bit System DSN) connection using Scribe Insight.

I can setup and test the ODBC connection without issue, when I try to create a new connection in scribe I get the error:

[08003] SQL call failed. Connection not open.

attached is the error (clicking next will show -

Error 1005,

Description:[08003] SQL call failed. Connection not open

Source:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager]

Thanks,

Justin

In the Advanced options when creating the connection:

check:

Ignore Scribe metadata Tables (KSYNC*) within the selected data sourse

Support Unicode data

FYI: I was the Snowflake ODBC adapter.
