Manage creationDate within TIBCO.xml (part of EAR-file)

The EAR-file contains a TIBCO.xml file. This xml-file contains

Package Name --> TIBCO.xml:name

Package Version --> TIBCO.xml:version

Package Creation date --> TIBCO.xml:creationDate

For Example:

My question is:

- Is it possible to change the creationDate to an other format within the TIBCO.xml (for example: "yyyy-mm-dd HH24:MI")

-how is the format of the creation date determined
