Login failed for user 'SCRIBE'.

I'm trying to open the Scribe Workbench remotely, which was working prior to some windows security patches being applied 6/17/2022, but I'm getting an error:Login failed for user 'SCRIBE'.

We are not using the SCRIBE user and I'm not sure what would have changed that it is now trying to use it. Workbench loads fine on the server machine where the database is located. That odbc setup matches my machine, which is displayed below.

Here is the setup, which hasn't changed since the initial install:

Testing connection fails with

I can get the ODBC connection to work by using a SQL login but workbench still fails to open with the same error.

Any help would be appreciated.
