How do I lock the Diagram Explorer window to the left side of the window

My Diagram Explorer window is floating on top of diagrams. I can move it. I can resize it. Double clicking in the Diagram Explorer tab line does nothing.

I assume that your question may be related to TIBCO Nimbus, but to ensure that any responses are relevant for the particular TIBCO product that you are using, please add a note about what that product is (or even better, edit the question, and select a product in the Product field).
