Bug when logging in with the Denodo Custom Data Connector

Once in a while there is no response on the login screen after I select my DSN, enter the username and password, and click on the "Connect button. No error message, no spinning wheel or anything. Just sits there and does nothing.When this happens I have to close my browser and reopen, sometimes multiple times before I get a correct response (moves to next loading screen). Its almost like the connection is asleep and I have to ping it a few times before it wakes up. Only happens every once awhile.

We haven't had any reports of this behavior from other users so most likely it is something unique to your environment.

I believe that your coworker has setup a troubleshooting session where we can dig deeper. Let's see what comes out of that.

If anyone else in the Community has had a similar experience, please let us know as it might provide some clues for our troubleshooting.
