CICS Adapter Mode Interaction palette is showing in the palettes list in Tibco BW 5.12.0.14(Tibco ActiveMatrix Business Works Plugin version 5.15.0, build V14, 2021-8-31) however when I try to use it it does not appear on the screen. No errors.

The same palette works in Tibco BW 5.11.0.10 with Tibco ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plugin version 5.14.0, build V11, 2018-7-11. Just trying to understand if anyone else has experienced this problem and what the solution was.
