Hi Team, I have added dynamic org unit in tibco bpm(4.3) I can see extension point means setting button image in tibco bpm studio but when I deploy my code the org unit is not reflected in the openspace.

Hi Team, I have added dynamic org unit in tibco bpm(4.3) I can see extension point means setting button image in tibco bpm studio but when I deploy my code the org unit is not reflected in the openspace.

Kindly help me with this as I have gone through documentation but not helping. It got reflected in lower environment but not in Preprod​.
