Manoj Chaurasia
Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to host the SCRIBE(insight) Internal database in SQL Azure. Also we would want to use SQL Azure as source and target in DTS files. Does anyone have experience with this
Mark Walker 3
Hi Higo, Hosting a Scribe Insight internal database in SQL Azure is not an officially supported configuration of the product. Any members of the community are welcome to share their experience. There are customers who have installed the Insight Server and the internal database on a single Azure virtual machine hosted on Azure. But I understand your question to be about just having the database be hosted in SQL Azure. ~Mark

Mark Walker 3
Hi Robert, Check this discussion for some more information about this error. Note that Scribe does not support this configuration for the Insight internal database. https://success.scribesoft.com/s/question/0D50e00004pIyVICA0/does-scribe... ~Mark
