Dates are a day off on NetSuite. What is the expression to use to set the right dates?

We are sending data from Salesforce to NetSuite SalesOrder. On the Date field, data we have is 8/31. After script executed successfully, we see the data as 8/30 in NetSuite.

Salesforce is giving me the date as UTC timezone and where as NetSuite is PST timezone. Is anyone else having this problem ? What is the expression i should use to set the dates correctly
