TIBCO iProcess Conductor fails after inserting JMS message into JBOSS queue

An error occurs in TIBCO iProcess Conductor, after the EAI component, responsible for sending the transaction from the SOA services layer (TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks) to the BPM process layer (TIBCO iProcess Engine and TIBCO iProcess Conductor), inserts the JMS message (TIBCO EMS) in the queue/COMOrderRequestInjectorQueue of TIBCO iProcess Conductor under JBOSS application server. When TIBCO iProcess Conductor takes the message and starts processing it, it generates the following error message when trying to insert information into its database schema (IPCUSER):

the JMS Exception Handlers.
