In BW6.7, while testing JDBC connection getting error : [tibcosoftwareinc][Oracle JDBC Driver] null

In BW6.7, while testing JDBC connection I am getting below error. This error is intermittent and earlier it was working fine. Can you please help me with this issue ?

java.sql.SQLException: [tibcosoftwareinc][Oracle JDBC Driver] null

I have place ojdbc8.jar at

<<TIBCO_HOME>>bw6.7configdriversshellsjdbc.oracle.runtimeruntimepluginscom.tibco.bw.jdbc.datasourcefactory.oraclelib

and

<<TIBCO_HOME>>bw6.7configdesignthirdparty

also installed oracle-driver

Hi Nitin, Could you share some more info? Is this happening after an upgrade or something? Based on the error trace it seems this is happening on runtime, but could you confirm it? If this is runtime remember that you need to run the bwinstall oracle-driver after placing the JAR file. Could you share the full log file and the JDBC URL to take a look?
