Problems connecting to D365 from Scribe Insight

Hi,

I have a Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service tenancy created using the Microsoft demo's portal.

 

I'm trying to get Scribe Insight (7.9.2.57179) to connect to it using the Adapter for Dynamics CRM (5.5.4).

 

The site has a customised url https://[xxxxx].crm11.dynamics.com The discovery service is https://disco.crm11.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc.

 

Just need to confirm what Org name I need. The org at the top right of the web client is Microsoft UK, the top level Business Unit is named [xxxxx] and then there is a 'Unique Name' on the Settings->Customisation page called 'org7****9c. Not sure which I should be using.

 

Username and password is the normal one I use in the web client and is both a Global Admin for the tenancy and a System Administrator in CRM.

 

I'm receiving an error 'An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail".

 

Any pointers on where I'm going wrong very welcome
