Mavenize -tibco bw5 existing project using maven command

i want to know the steps to mavenize an existing tibco bw5 project using maven commands

What exactly is your goal when you want to "mavenize"

I mean i want to convert a non maven tibco bw5 project to maven standard project basically by using maven commands.

Could you please help to provide the steps taken to Mavenize the Project. The information give on FastConnect url seems to be incomplete and no clear steps given to mavenize existing projects.
