Is anyone using the Scribe Labs Quickbooks Online connector

Is anyone using the Scribe Labs Quickbooks Online connector We are trying to set it up, but although the authorization process reports as completing successfully from the Quickbooks end, the Scribe Connector dialog continues to report "Authentication launched. Waiting for confirmation..."

Even I am facing the same issue. The help link is giving an error of Page not found.
