Here is the error message I get: System.Exception: describeGlobal Failed TrustFailure The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. at SFDCAdapter.clsSForce.DescribeTables(String[]& tables) at SFDCAdapter.Database.ReBuildMetadata(ADPDatabase adpDB, String originalMetadataXML) Can someone please help me in resolving this issue Thanks, Pruthvi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To open a case: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button for the specific product you are opening a case for:Open A Scribe Online Case, Open a Scribe Insight Case, or Open a General Support Case. A form prompts you for information on how Scribe Support can help you. InContact Name, enter the name of the person who should be the primary contact for this case.
