Tibco BE Event handling capacity

Is it adivsable to use TIBCO BE as Streaming engine where we are expecting 1000 events per second as compared to other streaming platforms like Apache Spark and Apache FLink

This depends on the project requirements you have (Number of Rules triggered per Event, type of Rules etc.).
