Regarding BW6.5 Bwagent Error

Hi All,

I'm trying to switch from AS to EMS+Oracle DB,

while configuring BWagent to start with EMS+OracleDB I'm getting this error:Message : ORA-00001: unique constraint (BWUSER.SYS_C008985) violated,

not sure how to resolve it and apart from that on what operation it is failing which as not very clear from log[bwagent.log] as log is not really meaningful.

how to enable more descriptive logging for BWRDBMSDataManager to see from which location of installed software has a constraint violation Although Cleanup and Reinstallation is not the answer.

I am facing same issue,  I have oracle and EMS driver installed.  How did you fixed this issue.
