Integration to PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 System

Hi,

We are trying to integrate the TIBCO serviceswith Peoplesoft HRMS9.2, Based on below requirement need to design the Integration servcies

PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 is the source system for some interfaces and PeopleSoft is sending a request in XML format for one interface and File format for other interface to TIBCO. after processing TIBCO need to send to output in XML formart to Target systemPlease advise the approach.

1. How to develop these interfaces using TIBCO

2. Do we need to use any PeopleSoft adapter

3. What are all softwares required from TIBCO
