A ReadOnly user role should have the ability to see execution history, view a solution/map, view Lookup table values, etc. But no ability to start/stop solutions, make changes to solutions/maps, or make changes to lookup table values. If we had a ReadOnly user role, we would give our support center representatives access to Scribe Online to help monitor our organizations and solutions.
