Sales Orders in CRM but not in GP

Hello Siddhartha,


I would suggest that you open a case with Scribe Support so that we may investigate further into your issue together.


You can open a case by clicking on 'My Cases', and then clicking on the appropriate green button for what type of case it is.


Once the case has been open, it would help if you upload a couple of screenshots of the issue that you see, by going to the section "Google Docs & Attachments" on the case.
