TIBCO BW6 Datetime formats.

Hi Team,

We recently observed that for the Timer Starter in BW6 only datetime type values are allowed in the StartTime field.

Hence unlike BW5 (which allowed string formats in StartTime) we are not able to provide values like 2004 Apr 28 20:35:11 EST. Rather we have to provide values like 2019-01-10T11:03:29+05:30 for this field.

By providing values in the format 2019-01-10T11:03:29+05:30 we are not having the flexibility of getting the value adjusted to EST/EDT according to daylight savings changes.
